A mat-based class but with a very direct connection to barre work, strength building and improving alignment to further your development as a dancer. Suitable for all class levels.
An ideal class for mid-term applicants with no prior ballet experience. It covers basic steps and positions and includes stretching and strengthening exercises, preparing for joining Entry Level 1 the following term.
